Dear Datacor Contractor,
In 1991 I founded Datacor Inc. to bring to the HVAC market the most comprehensive, secure program in the industry. For years we succeeded in doing just that but with the dramatic change in the financial world insurance companies have refocused their long term business plans and we were informed by GFIC, our current carrier, that they would no longer provide coverage for future Datacor contracts. Without insurance coveage Datacor can no longer remain open.
Effective immediately all claims are to be sent directly to the insurance carrier that provided the initial coverage. Please submit your claims in the same manner in which you sent them to Datacor. To identify the correct insurance carrier simply look at the last six digits of your twelve digit contract number and if it falls into the range below submit the claim to that insurance company. For example if your contract number is 500212-194881 you would send your claim to Lyndon Insurance Company. All outstanding claims that have not been processed by Datacor are being sent directly to the proper carrier.
It has been an honor serving you and your staff. I know it is the goal of each and everyone involved at the insurance companies to make this as smooth a transition as possible. Thank you very much.
